The Customer Service of Sibling Rival Restaurant in Downtown LA
After coming here many times, we were impressed by the high=level of customer service that we were able to receive. It didn’t really seem to matter how busy it got, sometimes it was slow and we were some of the only people in the building and other times it was booked and we had to wait for a seat, the employees always had a big smile and got us fresh and delicious food.
Most of the wait times were minimal, but despite this, there was a laid-back atmosphere that made it relaxing and enjoyable. You never felt like you needed to hurry up and get out of there, regardless of how full the place was. I enjoyed the bright smiles and helpful service in contrast to some of the other restaurants in the area.

This can be perfect if you get up after a long week or you would like to have something delicious to enjoy after church on Sunday. Their pancakes are some of our favorites for lunch, but the good smells of pastries, coffee, bacon, and sausage will make you want to come here again and again.

When you first step inside the restaurant, you will love the cozy restaurant and how great it can feel. You will enjoy the diner atmosphere that is laid back and friendly. When you want to hold a meeting or bring the whole family and sit down and relax a little bit.
There is also a nice outdoor seating area, which can be amazing for a casual get together with friends or just to enjoy some of the wonderful weather that can be found in the LA area downtown. You can sip on some of the delicious coffee or have a full meal out there, enjoying all the staff and getting out of the office during the day.
